My whole life has been a dance...

A dance of facilitating relationships between people. Having good relationships with people requires different types of dancing. With some people I improvise more; with others I learn and adapt to their style. Both types of dance are equally challenging, and equally interesting to me.

Why do I say this? Because I'm a problem-solver, and solving problems involves being able to improvise and adapt to get the best result. When to zig and when to zag, so to speak, to meet the needs of the person I'm working with. It’s why I'm interested in any role where I can make connections between people and organizations and solve problems creatively.
